GeoSec is a browser-based tool for creating 2D geological cross-sections from borehole data.
Define your soils, enter borehole positions, ground elevations and layer depths, then draw and adjust the geological interfaces directly on the section. Moving an interface updates the adjacent soil regions without changing the recorded borehole layers.
The drawing includes soil colours and hatches, a legend and an automatically aligned borehole information table showing ground elevations, bottom elevations, distances and dates.
GeoSec is intended for engineering geologists and geotechnical consultants who need a straightforward section-drawing tool rather than a full 3D geological-modelling package. Geological interpretation remains under the user's control.
The editor and an example project are available to try free. Unbranded drawing exports are available for €5 per month.

Structural Cross Sections (concrete, steel, composite etc.)
Cross Section Analysis and Design can handle structural cross sections that are built up of one or more geometric entities and can be drawn directly using the versatile featured user interface.
Design and analysis of custom cross section profiles
CADRE Profiler is used to design section profiles and determine their geometric properties for custom beam cross sections which can be composed of different materials
Cross-Section Elastic Buckling Analysis
CUFSM includes tools for generalized beam-column loading and analysis. CUFSM provides both the semi-analytical finite strip method for creation of the cross-section signature curve as well as the generalized finite strip method for other end boundary conditions.
Straight beams with a constant cross-section
The application is designed for calculations of straight, maximum three times static indefinite beams with constant axis-symmetrical profiles.
LOGitEASY provides a free online service (Free Logs) for creating report-quality boring logs.
